Caregiver:

As a caregiver you will work with individuals diagnosed with (IDD) Individual Developmental Disabilities. As a caregiver you will provide services to IDD population in the community or in the client’s home. Services Provided: The services provided by our company are the following: Staff will provide duties for the qualfied individual on a one-on-one basis in their home. All duties performed will be non-medical and non-hands on. Staff will provide temporary relief for family caregivers, family members, and/or host-home providers, by providing respite services for individuals in the community for up to 10 hours a day. Staff will provide non-hands-on instructional education for basic household tasks with the individual in the individual’s primary residence such as basic cleaning tasks. The staff providing mentorship in the community will provide any necessary guidance, advice, feedback, to support the individual when pursuing goals highlighted and discussed in the individual’s service plan. This service is intended to support the abilities and skills necessary to enable the qualied individual to access typical activities and functions of community life. This service will be provided by helping the individual to utilize their community as a learning tool and environment.

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older; Drivers License and auto insurance; Effective communication skills;

No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn.

Starting Pay:

$14.00 hourly
